Returns & Replacements
At Florida Freedivers we pride ourselves in making sure the customer is always ‘wow-ed,’ so we take great care if a situation arises that is less than desirable. If you are not satisfied with a product we will contact the vendor to make them aware and get a replacement if the item is defective. If you request to simply return the item for a refund, we ask that it be in the original packaging so we can place it back into inventory without any hassle. Like a first date, we always shoot to impress!
Because finding fish can be hard enough, we’ve made placing orders super easy. You can add items to your cart online, call the store, or even email us! To be honest, the safest and easiest way to do all of this is to place it online where your information is guarded by the internet ninjas. But, if you’d like to place it another way, we understand, and we’re okay to keep your information safe too. We go to crime fighters class every Tuesday to keep our skills up. No worries, Mate.

Surprise! We’re here to make money, so we’ve made it really simple…we take cash, check, PayPal, and all major credit cards, yes, even American Express. Guess what though, we’re here to make you money too, so we stand behind our word to get you the best prices. We check many other major sites and stores often to make sure our prices are punching all of the other prices in the face. It’s nothing personal, but we think our prices are the the biggest kid in town, and we can beat your price any day of the week. But it gets better! By creating an account you will be able to view your order information and tracking info all in one place. The get the status of your order, you can click the “My Account” link on the top right side of every page. You can sign in with the email and password you used to create your account. Then, you will be able to see all of your orders on what is called the “Dashboard.” This page will display the order number, date, total, and status. If you would like to see more details about the order you can click “View Details” to the right of the order you would like to view.
Updating Account Information
By creating an account you will be able to go through the checkout process in a much faster manner. An account allows you to store multiple shipping addresses and/or credit cards. You can also use your account to manage your newsletter subscription. To update any of this information you can click the “My Account” link on the top right side of every page. You can sign in with the email and password you used to create your account. You will then be directed to your “Dashboard” where you can see your shipping addresses, credit card payments, contact information, password saved, and newsletter subscription. To edit any of these areas you can click on the “Edit” link beneath or beside the perspective category.
